Red Run is a private golf course, this is YOUR chance to shoot 18 for a good cause without being a member. You can join in as a sponsor, as a golfer or just enjoy lunch in the clubhouse for a good cause.
The golf outing is our biggest fundraising  event!  Last year we  dedicated  the  proceeds of  the  golf outing  to  the  Royal  Oak  Schools  Performing Arts Committee’s  campaign to  replace  the 57-year-old  seats  in  Royal  Oak  High  School’s   Kimball  Auditorium. Royal  Oak  is  highly regarded  for  its  performing  arts  programs,  so we were  really excited  about  being  able  to donate  over  $26,500  to  help  provide  our students and our  community  with  a  world-class  facility.  This  year  we  are  proud  that we have embarked  on  a  major  initiative  to distribute  $54,000  among  all  district  schools  to enhance   educational  experiences  for  all students  in  Royal  Oak.
As  always,  the  Royal  Oak  Schools  Foundation  has  continued  its  tradition  of  giving and   supporting  Royal  Oak  schools  in  many  ways.  During  the  current  school  year, we  once again   supported  the  Jumpstart  Instrumental  Music  Program,  the  Comcast Internet Essentials   program,  which  enables  socio-economically  disadvantaged students  in  Royal Oak   technology  and  internet  access,  and  funded  the  Dan Champagne  Memorial Scholarship,   among  other  initiatives.
