At Blaze we want your event to be a huge success. Below we’ve listed a few steps and tips to help you raise the most money possible for your organization.
- The more people that dine in the name of your organization, the more money you’ll raise. Make sure to allow yourself enough time when scheduling your event to get the word out.
- We’ve attached a customized flyer that includes all of the information that your organization’s supporters will need to dine in your name.
- It’s imperative that everyone who dines in your name has either hard or digital copy of the flyer prior to the event (in-store / store property distribution of flyers will not be allowed). It doesn’t need to be a color copy, but they will need to have a copy of the flyer to bring to the event in order to get credit for your organization.
- If ordering online the promo code 1011A must be entered.
- The 20% will be paid on all food and beverage purchases from your attendees before tax. Your check will mail from northern Michigan approximately three weeks after your event.
- Our minimum donation check is $20.00, this means your group must generate at least $100.00 in sales for the donation check to be issued. Any amount less than $20.00 in donations will not have a check issued.
