Royal Oak Schools Foundation helps the Performing Arts at AB&E

You'll probably see a sea of light Lavendar shirts with the Royal Oak Schools Foundation logo on the front all over Arts Beats and Eats this weekend.  That's because ROSF sponsors the ROSPAC effort over Labor Day  weekend to earn money for the Performing Arts at ROHS by purchasing the shirts for volunteers at the gates and a beverage tent.  So instead of spending some of their profits on the shirts, they were able to direct all of the funds to the kids.  The volunteers will likely raised over $10,000 during Labor Day Weekend.  Thanks to all of the hardworking volunteers.  The Foundation is proud to be part of the great effort.

26th Annual Golf Outing was "biggest in years"

Obviously, this sort of event takes a great deal of effort to put on. "On behalf of the Royal Oak School's Foundation I would like to thank of the volunteers, sponsors and golfers who made this years event a great success" noted David Dursum, President,  when asked of the efforts.  "The number of golfers, 129, is the highest is the past 10 years".  Even the winning team knew who the real beneficiaries were, the students of Royal Oak Schools.  Dursum concluded "Everyone involved can be very proud, it was a great day for the foundation, the schools and the entire Royal Oak community".
Everyone from the Royal Oak Schools Foundation looks forward to hosting another great (and hopefully even larger) event in 2020. As important as our golfers were our sponsors who provide funds each year to ensure the annual Royal Oak Foundation Golf Outing is a success.  Please make sure to keep these sponsors in mind during 2019-2020
